All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

Batteries that have been installed or used.
Products with visible physical damage caused after delivery.
Items missing original packaging or serial numbers.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

If approved, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 21 working days through the original payment method (M-Pesa or bank transfer).
If the replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the full purchase amount.

5. Warranty Considerations

All batteries sold at Jemspark Enterprises LTD include a manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or external electrical faults.
