Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 21 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@jemspark.co.ke.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you can either deliver it to our store or send it via courier to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, it may take some time for your returned or exchanged product to reach us. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
